MRO Audit
An MRO Audit is a scheduled service to compare how your organization is doing compared to the goals that were previously set when starting your xIO program. An xIO analyst will be on-site to conduct a collaborative audit with your team. Together they will review data points to create a report to review the condition of the inventory.
Previous MRO inventory goals will be established and progress will be reviewed. Your team can re-establish your MRO goals and come up with the action plan to achieve them.
