QUADREM EXPANDS SERVICE OFFERING WITH XTIVITY PARTNERSHIP

Quadrem’s clients will improve service levels and increase cash flow by employing Xtivity’s xIOTM inventory optimization service for their maintenance and operations (MRO) inventories

Amsterdam, Netherlands and London, Ontario – August 18, 2006 – Quadrem, the Global eMarketplaceTM, announced today that it has signed a worldwide agreement with Xtivity Inc. to deliver enhanced maintenance inventory optimization services. The agreement enables Quadrem customers to optimize order points and order quantities to improve service levels and cash flow through the xIO service. xIO provides a much needed enhancement to today’s most popular ERP and EAM systems through advanced inventory order point and order quantity management algorithms never before available for frequently and infrequently used MRO materials.
