DR. DAVID CHESLOW Ph.D. JOINS XTIVITY'S RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TEAM

XTIVITY AND ITS CLIENTS WILL SEE SIGNICANT ENHANCEMENTS WITHIN THE XIO INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION TOOL AS A RESULT OF DR. CHESLOW'S EFFORTS.

London, Ontario and Bryan, Texas – January 15, 2007 – Xtivity Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. David Cheslow to its Research and Development office, headquartered in Bryan Texas. Dr. Cheslow will work in concert with Xtivity's existing R&D team and report directly to Dr. Stephen Pearce , Xtivity's Vice President, R&D.

Dr. Pearce indicates his high regard for Dr. Cheslow when he states: “Dr. David Cheslow brings a unique combination of technical skills to the Xtivity team.  His educational background includes a Ph . D. in Business Analysis with supporting research and studies in computer science, a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in organizational behavior and a Bachelor of Science degree.  Dr. Cheslow's experience in relational database design and object oriented application architecture includes large (multi-terabyte) databases and complex rule-based artificial intelligence and decision support systems.  Dr. Cheslow has taught database design, object oriented programming and information systems at such prestigious institutions as Texas A&M University and the University of Michigan .
